Brothers — the elders have asked me to help put words to who we are as a congregation: our mission, our vision, and the things we won't trade away.

I wanted to hear from each of you, and I didn't want to ask every man to find an hour on a calendar. So this is me, in my own voice, as best I could build it. It'll ask you about ten minutes of questions. There are no wrong answers — I'm after how you actually see it, not the right-sounding version.
